Returns
You can return your shoes within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify for a return:
- Shoes must be unworn, clean, and in their original packaging.
- All tags and labels must be intact.
How to Return:
- Contact our support team at support@velotronz.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Pack your shoes securely in the original box.
- Ship the package using the instructions provided by our team.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to exchange your shoes:
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Shoes must be in original, unworn condition with packaging intact.
How to Exchange:
- Contact us at support@velotronz.com with your order details and requested size/style.
- Follow the instructions provided by our team to return your current pair.
- We’ll ship your new pair once the original is received and approved.
