Returns

You can return your shoes within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify for a return:

  • Shoes must be unworn, clean, and in their original packaging.
  • All tags and labels must be intact.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@velotronz.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack your shoes securely in the original box.
  3. Ship the package using the instructions provided by our team.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to exchange your shoes:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Shoes must be in original, unworn condition with packaging intact.

How to Exchange:

  2. Follow the instructions provided by our team to return your current pair.
  3. We’ll ship your new pair once the original is received and approved.
